PROPIEDADES
Siempre que los compuestos se formulen y procesen correctamente, los vulcanizados son altamente resistentes a la intemperie y al ozono, tienen buena resistencia al envejecimiento, el aire caliente y los productos químicos y tienen una resistencia moderadamente buena a los aceites lubricantes y la gasolina. También tienen buenas propiedades mecánicas y físicas y resistencia a la abrasión.

APLICACIONES
Los artículos fabricados con compuestos de CR adecuadamente formulados son adecuados para molduras y productos extruidos de todo tipo, mangueras reforzadas, cubiertas de rollos, correas, fuelles de aire comprimido, revestimiento de cables, aislamiento, caucho esponjoso, revestimientos resistentes a la corrosión, revestimiento, impermeabilización de tejidos y calzados (botas).
